**What you’ll do**:

- **Supervision and Management**: Oversee daily supervision of labor, subcontractors, and civil activities, ensuring all maintenance tasks, both statutory and non-statutory, are completed efficiently.
- **Support and Training**: Assist with planning and managing workloads for PPM, reactive maintenance, minor works, and training, including mentoring operational apprentices.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Implement and ensure compliance with company Safety, Health, and Environmental policies, ensuring safe working practices for all staff and contractors.
- **Audits and Reporting**: Assist in internal and external audits, prepare reports on contract quality and safety performance, and provide recommendations on life cycle issues.
- **Customer and Staff Liaison**: Act as a technical and operational advisor, coordinate safety issues with key customers, and ensure staff are equipped with proper PPE and safe work methods.

**What you bring**:

- **Relevant Qualifications**: Must hold a recognised trade qualification
- **IOSHE Certification**: Should either hold or be capable of attaining an IOSHE certification.
- **Maintenance Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services in a corporate or similar environment.
- **Management Skills**: Experience in writing, implementing procedures, and maintaining records to support planned and completed work.
- **Communication Abilities**: Ability to effectively communicate with operational staff, facility users, and clients at all levels.
