Gloucester Services are recruiting for our second cohort for our Cookery School in collaboration with Gloucestershire College. Cookery School is a 12-18 month apprenticeship programme providing a bespoke food based learning journey to understand our farm to fork ethos. Rotating across the different catering departments, during the apprenticeship you will spend time in our kitchen, café, production kitchen and bakery, butchery and cold food production all based at Gloucester Services. Participants have a fantastic opportunity to enhance their passion for food, develop culinary knowledge and skills whilst building a career with a local family business. Expect to visit local suppliers, experience our family farm in Cumbria, develop skills in our bakery and butchery.

We have 3 positions available in Gloucester for those aged 16+ who have a passion for food. You will be part of a cohort starting in September who will learn and develop as a group under the guidance of our mentors. As a full-time member of our team, you will work in our busy kitchens on a day-to-day basis.
