**Teaching Assistant Apprentice - Belong School**

Belong Learning is a social enterprise that meets the unmet needs of children. Building on Relational Practice, Belong Learning delivers specialist education through our independent schools in Gloucestershire and Devon. Belong School Gloucestershire is a small independent school for students aged 12-16 with social, emotional, and mental health issues. Using small groups and one-to-one teaching to encourage academic, social and emotional learning, we provide education for students in years 8-11 who have an Education Health and Care Plan for Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will work as part of a wider team to deliver our curriculum through positive intervention, small group learning experiences and a unique approach to the educational needs of every student that includes a high degree of flexibility and opportunities for learning outside the classroom.
