**Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year**

**Contract: Part Time, Fixed Term from September 01 2025 until August 31st 2027**

We’re looking for a dedicated teaching assistant apprentice to join our warm and welcoming team at Brockworth Primary Academy.

**You’re someone who’ll be able to**:

- Improve the learning and attainment of students while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
- Support students so that they can; access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
- Provide classroom and phonics support in partnership with teachers
- Deliver interventions for groups of children or individuals independently

**You’re someone who has**:

- Motivation and enthusiasm
- Understanding of pupil’s learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content.
- The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills.
- Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions.
