A highly acquisitive and global enterprise are seeking a Head of Internal Controls to help set up their London-based Finance Function. This is a rapidly growing enterprise in the early stages of a large-scale transformation, with this position presentingthe opportunity to play an integral role in this transition and build a long-lasting Controls environment.

The Head of Internal Controls will report into the Finance Director and be a key decision-maker within the Finance Department, with oversight of the design and implementation of Internal Controls over the whole business. This includes Internal Controls overFinancial Reporting, the UK SOX Programme and Financial Systems.

This role will be based out of the new London office but offer three days of home working per week. This is an extremely exciting time to be at the forefront of a global enterprise establishing itself within the UK market, where you will spearhead a newand highly valued arm of the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement the Internal Controls across the whole Finance Department
- Establish the Controls environment of the business in compliance with the UK SOX Programme
- Assist with the implementation of the Group SAP ERP system
- Build and provide leadership of the Internal Controls team
- Provide oversight to key stakeholders across the business in line with the robust Controls environment

**Requirements**:

- Finance Qualified by a professional body
- Demonstrable experience of leadership within an Internal Controls function
- Experienced in design, improvement and implementation of Internal Controls and SOX
- Prior implementation of SAP systems
- Adept knowledge of core financial processes
