Deep Beat Entertainment (Life Cafe's and Resorts) are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **Barista** to join our front of house operation at **Gosling Sports and Leisure Complex, Welwyn Garden City.**

This is mainly a daytime, sociable hours role, however, it does include weekend work.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

As a **Barista**, you will be working with a supportive, positive team in our Café.
- Preparing and serving hot & cold beverages, including specialty coffee.
- Some sandwich preparation - basic kitchen tasks
- Provide quality breakfast/lunch service
- Café customer service - warm & friendly hospitality to all guests, till operation, table service.
- General café upkeeping - clearing tables and cleaning duties, making sure the café is clean and hygienic, re-stocking
- Other catering & function tasks.

You will deliver excellent customer service and food hygiene standards. You must be an individual that understands our community values and can consistently deliver a high-quality food and drink.
