**About The Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Barista to join our Catering team. Based at our prestigious client location, this role is perfect for someone who loves delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role**
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, and seasonal specials, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and promptly
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage deliveries to ensure the coffee station is well-stocked
- Clean and maintain coffee machines and other equipment, reporting technical issues to management as needed
- Stay informed about the coffee menu, seasonal specials, and food pairings to upsell products and make informed recommendations to customers
- Assist the catering team during busy periods, helping with food preparation and service
- Follow company policies and procedures, including hygiene, safety, and security protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a collaborative atmosphere

- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with guests and clients
