**Who are we looking for?**

As a Studio Assistant you will be a PEMFiT Professional, you will play an integral role in the day to day running of the studio and provide a warm and friendly environment for everyone who enters our wellness space. At PEMFiT we share a passion to help others live more energised lives, we rely on our intuitive nature to deliver a unique service focused on the client's needs. Communication and listening skills are essential, as is a commitment to continuous learning and a desire to provide an exceptional experience in the service of our clients.

You will be joining a rapidly growing company, so adaptability will benefit you greatly in this role. Previous experience within customer-facing environments is an essential requirement as you will be delivering PEMFiT sessions on a 121 basis with clients; and supporting them throughout their PEMFiT journey. Awareness of the brand and knowledge of PEMF is advantageous, however full PEMFiT training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**

You would be assisting the PEMFiT Studio Manager with the day-to-day operations of our PEMFiT studio, your main responsibilities would include:

- Delivering PEMFiT sessions to our clients, monitoring their progress throughout and making recommendations based on their results and your PEMFiT expertise.
- Identifying people who may benefit from the service we provide and then outreaching
- Assisting with sales and marketing including social media
- Making and receiving calls, both for bookings and enquiries
- Using the booking system & taking payments
- Keeping the studio clean and organised in line with PEMFiT branding.
- Occasionally opening and closing the studio in the absence of the manager
- Attending training conferences when required
- Assisting with inventory management and the ordering of supplies

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- (Preferred
- not essential) post graduate with human biology/ anatomy/ sports science degree
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- An ability to prioritise and multitask
- Keen interest in health and wellness or biohacking
- Results orientated
- Basic computer skills
