About the Team

The Studio Management function is the hub for THG Studios. It is a hybrid of creativity and operations. It ensures our creative teams an environment of ease and convenience to deliver the best output to our clients. The Studio Management function includes Scheduling, Space Planning, Prop & Kit Management, Budget Managment and more, all whilst ensuring Client focus in everything we do. The main responsibility is running the Studio and its day-to-day functions including reviewing daily work schedules of the Studio department and ensuring work is delivered on deadline. They work closely with the Production teams to ensure shoots and outputs are managed and deadlines met, while driving the department efficiencies, and thinking commercially and innovatively.

Role requirements
- Work with the Studio Assistants and the Studio Managers to communicate daily workloads and priorities, setting the example for what 'best' looks like for all studio spaces
- Ensure studio spaces are always presentable and ready to use, making sure the spaces look exceptional and are client ready, have a core list of requirements for each space and making sure these are always there.
- Implement and support procedures and process to optimize Studios efficiencies
- Always being knowledgeable of the work in each studio, managing requirements for these shoots and making sure spaces are being set up and turned around quickly
- When we have Dry hire clients in, managing any additional asks the clients have and being on hand to support whilst they're on site
- Assisting with management of the Event spaces, facilitating any requests for the event owners whilst making sure H&S requirements are being followed
Prop management
- Managing the catalogue of inhouse props
- Maintaining the catalogue of items online
- Assist the styling team with prop request and prop management
Managing the Studio Assistants
- Lead by example, consistently showing the team what 'best' looks like across every aspect of the role
- Having regular 1:1's, managing individual progression as well as team progression as a whole
- Encourage upskilling where possible, helping to round out skillsets and keep the team motivated and engaged - Ensure health and safety is a focus across the studio, doing regular sweeps across all the studio spa
