**Role**:Product Support Specialist
**Location**:Northampton
**About the role**:
- Maintain and manage the PBU ERIKS Hose Technology supplier database
- To provide accurate and precise product pricing on both manufactured and purchased prices.
- Maintain contact with customers and suppliers to ensure products and pricing information is updated
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- You are responsible for your health and safety and have a duty of care for others around you within your working environment.
- Answer the telephone within agreed service levels, whilst ensuring excellent customer service levels are met.
- Processing Sales Orders in a timely manner, ensuring information is accurate and correct authorisation has been obtained. Attention to detail is essential.
- Processing Purchase Orders as and when required.
- Complete and follow the quotations/progress process accurately as and when required.
- Undertake in other duties relating to the Inside Sales role as and required from your Line Manager.
**Hours of work**:
0830 - 1730 Mon to Friday
1 hour unpaid lunch
