This digital agency might seem to be a new kid on the block, but they’re formed from a merger between 2 fabulous agencies who’ve been around for over 20 years. With some lovely injections of cash, they’re going through a real period of growth and are lookingto add to their account teams at various levels. Furthermore, they’re still working on a mainly remote basis, although you will need to be able to get to the Manchester office and see your clients at their offices.

**The role**:
This role is for an Account Manager to work across the digital spectrum, but what we really need is someone who is a very solid account handler who is an expert in brand and business. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationshipswith existing clients (financial services, leisure, sports, property( and manage internal teams. Working in collaboration with a Senior Account Manager or Director, this role delivers and outstanding service to retain and grow accounts, taking responsibilityfor the quality of work carried out with relevant team projects.

So, on a day to day basis your key responsibilities will be to manage and develop a small portfolio of clients, advising on digital strategy and briefing internal specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Lots of projects are big,digital transformation programmes, so this isn’t just about building a new website, it’s thinking about the whole digital journey.

The agency has some superb, top brand clients and has grown to employ over 150 people across the UK and Europe, and really they’re all about the people; there’s no egos or hierarchy and they are rightly, really proud of what they’re achieving.

Remote working has become the new normal for this agency, and whilst their offices remain open, there is no hard and fast rule which means you have to be in them for a set number of days per week. Clearly, this is a creative environment and there may betimes when it really is better for you to be in the office, but they’ll treat you like a grown up and allow you to work out when that might be. Salary for the role is between £30-35,000, 25 days holiday, loads of softer benefits and the opportunity for trainingand development is great.
