**Quality Assurance Manager**

**Location**: London

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000

My client is a driven and busy Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, known for delivering building services solutions to Commercial, Residential and Refurbishment sector. I am currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their expanding teamworking on sites in London. You will be driven to deliver quality work; you will take pride in what you do and will be hungry for success.

**Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Manager**:

- Responsible to ensure Quality Management documentation and systems - working out where the project is falling short of compliance and work with the stakeholders both internally and externally
- Building and managing QA packs ready with drawings for supply chains on site
- Clearing snags (tablet/apps)
- Filing (T-Drive / client conject or there specific domain)
- Updating & Building trackers
- Updating files with photos (partial/completed works)
- Building relationships with client/supply chains
- Organising and arranging PPE / stationary orders on site
- Ensuring new office site set ups and maintaining standards
- Conducting and attending weekly meetings
- Booking Deliveries and managing

**Skills of a Quality Assurance Manager**:

- HNC qualified with years post qualification experience
- Experience in managing & building relationships with Clients & Supply chains
- Experience in using IT packages & Microsoft Office programmes
