Our client, a key player in the construction sector, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join their team on a contract basis, based in South Ruislip. This role is pivotal for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality across major projects, including rail, tunnelling, and industrial projects, with a specific focus on HS2.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and systems
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor quality standards
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Collaborating with project teams to ensure quality objectives are met
Preparing detailed quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Providing training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices
Managing and resolving any quality-related issues or discrepancies

Job Requirements:

Extensive experience in quality assurance within the construction sector
Proficiency in managing quality assurance processes across rail, tunnelling, and industrial projects
Understanding of HS2 project requirements and standards
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Relevant qualifications in quality assurance or a related field
