- Excellent IT skills particularly Adobe and Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
- Be friendly and personable with a positive attitude
- Enjoys variety in their work and has strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Confidence making and receiving telephone calls
- Must be calm under pressure
- Be a team player
- Keen to develop new skills and develop existing ones

Previous experience within insurance or financial services would be ideal.

In return we offer you:
**Salary**: £13,000 - 18,000 per annum
- salary can be negotiated.

Hours: 35 hours per week; hours of work 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Holiday: 28 days (inclusive bank holidays)

Free car parking

Please note that this role is office based.
