We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to work within our busy After-Sales department in Shefford, Beds.

We are keen to find a talented and enthusiastic individual who will be able to complement our successful team.

Delivering excellent customer care and service are an essential part of this role along with interacting with our customers face to face, handling telephone calls, communicating effectively between customers and workshops and invoicing out servicing and repair work. Making outgoing telephone calls to customers for service and MOT bookings.

Essential attributes are a strong understanding of customer care and handling, along with determination and commitment to deliver first class customer service.

Hours include Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 with a one hour lunch break and alternate Saturdays 08.00 to 13:00.

Full training will be given.

**Salary dependent on experience.**
