Compass are looking to recruit a Programme Lead to head up and grow our delivery of construction related training and qualifications.

The role will involve delivery of a range of courses, virtually and Face to Face, and the day to day management of other construction tutors. You will be responsible for ensuring the exceptional quality and profitability of our construction programmes. Please see the full job description below/attached.

**Role Overview**:
Develop and monitor construction supervision and management programmes to ensure an engaging program for students that meets the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours, wider curriculum and mandatory qualifications. - Regularly review the requirements of the curriculum/lesson plans/course materials/eLearning platform against awarding body requirements and any legal or industry developments - Deliver CITB courses, including Health & Safety Awareness, SSSTS and SMSTS - Be the lead assessor and IQA for NVQ qualifications in construction management, from levels 4 to 7 - Deliver NEBOSH Construction Certificate - Line management of assessors and tutors including monitoring of performance in conjunction with Quality Team. - Hold regular standardisation meeting with tutor(s) and program coordinator(s) to ensure consistently improving delivery - Respond to any client complaints to closure - Carry out due diligence on sub-contractors to monitor contract compliance - Liaise with marketing team on the promotion of the construction management programmes - Grow the construction management training provision within Compass to agreed KPIs - Advise marketing team on any initiatives to promote wider business opportunities - Ensure document control procedures regarding course materials are adhered to - Monitor and review program performance against KPIS for quality and commercial targets - Manage learner journey from initial assessment to end point assessment. - Assess suitability and RPL of potential learners. - Industry engagement and maintenance of CPD General: - Further the business interests of Compass wherever appropriate. - Set a good example of business practice and reflect a positive company image at all times. - Attend team and company meetings where required.

**Knowledge and skills required**:
Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
