Soft Sell Training is looking for a CITB: CSCS / SMSTS / SEATS/ HSA - Trainer/Tutor to deliver:
CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme)

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

SEATS (Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme)

HSA (Health & Safety Awareness)

Soft Sell Training is based in Chorley.

**Job Information**

**Trainer** **Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare and deliver: CITB - SMSTS, CSCS, SEATS & Health and Safety Awareness qualifications
- Good level of English
- The role is customer-focused delivering a range of courses.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience/Desirable qualities**

Training/Assessing or Teaching qualification is desirable.

Have experience in delivering First Aid/Health & Safety courses or have a keen interest in First Aid and past occupational experience.

Thrive on wanting to assist others, pass on expertise and a passion to deliver the highest quality learning experience In CSCS, SMSTS, SEATS, Health & Safety Awareness.

Be confident and relaxed in presenting.

Able to work well within a team and on own initiative.

Enjoy listening to others, engaging groups and giving feedback Have experience of Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint.

**Qualifications Requirements**:

- Level 3 Training/Assessing or Teaching qualification (or similar)
- Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction (or similar)
- HSA qualification (or similar)
- CSCS qualification (or similar)
- SMSTS qualification (or similar)
- SEATS qualification (or similar)
- Worked in the construction sector for 2 years or more

**Desirable Requirements**:

- End Point Assessment experience

**Salary**: £150.00-£250.00 per day
