**Position: Customer Service Partner (CSP) - Audiology Domiciliary**

**Location: York**

**Salary: £35k Basic + £5k Car allowance alongside the business profit**

We are now looking for an ambitious person to lead and drive our brand-new Audiology Domiciliary territory in York alongside an Audiology Partner, you’ll receive an excellent basic salary, alongside attractive benefits, plus a share in business profits. To help you succeed, you’ll receive on-going support from both our renowned support office teams, as well as a local Domiciliary administration team. This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service expert to come and be part of our global brand, building on the successful and fast-growing Specsavers at Home optical business.

**About the Domiciliary Business**

**Requirements of the role**

You will bring strong leaderships skills and business acumen to this role. We will help you develop your skills in Audiology through the Audiology Practitioner role, you’ll also need to share the Specsavers ethos. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a Customer Service Expert/Retailer who prides themselves in their delivery of excellence, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team and the local community. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled Customer Service Expert or Retailer willing and able to help drive the business forward.

**Development for role**

To fulfil this role, you will be required to complete the Audiology Practitioner course within 12 months. This means you will be a non-registered trained clinician able to work under the delegated authority and supervision of a named Hearing-Aid Dispenser, undertaking a range of clinical activities along the audiology customer pathway.
