Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant who has good administrative skills, is organised and likes a challenge.
The role is very varied and will involve:
**General**
Answer telephone, take messages etc
Photo coping
Archiving & Filing
Organisation of company events
Maintaining administrative procedures
**Purchasing**
Chase delivery dates of all orders
Setting site visit dates for maintenance requirements
Request VAT Invoices
**Goods In**
Manage deliveries and associated paperwork (delivery notes)
Verify P.O against delivery notes
Track Supplier deliveries
Advise Project Manager and Drawing Office of potential delays
**Goods Out**
Organise couriers
Take post to post office as and when required
Open in coming post & distribute
**HR**
Holiday Forms: Scan and file on system/Update Holiday planner
Scan all paperwork and store in personnel files
Prepare all new starter packs
Keep a supply of up-to-date handbooks/H&S Policy docs

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- FAKENHAM: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
