Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential Location: Norfolk (office and site-based across North & West Norfolk) Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + car, healthcare, profit share & benefits Contract Type: Full-time, permanent About the Role We’re looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a portfolio of high-quality residential and bespoke building projects across Norfolk. The role would also suit an Assistant QS with solid experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility and progress their career within a supportive, growing business. You’ll be involved from the early stages of each project, setting budgets, managing procurement, tracking costs and ensuring financial control all the way through to final account. Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with our directors, project managers and site teams to deliver accurate and transparent cost information at every step.
