Omega Red Group is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader. The role will be overseeing a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.

**The role**:
This role of Sales Team Leader involves leading by example, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales processes that align with sale strategy and Company goals. The Sales Team Leader acts as a bridge between management and the sales team, ensuring that objectives are met, and the team operates efficiently.
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
**Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, support and feedback.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge on the business and the services it offers.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential leads and nurture existing customer relationships.
**Sales Operations Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes and procedures are followed
- Optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
**Collaboration and Cross-Function Coordination**
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Share market feedback and insights with relevant leads to inform of any service development and marketing avenues.
