We are looking for experienced sales representatives to join Midlands Marketing services and lead a team of reps in; Nottinghamshire, Derby and Leicestershire. This role involves door to door sales; you will be given daily knock sheets and task lists of properties to visit to complete face-to-face sales. All applicants MUST live in the UK and be eligible to work in the UK.

Team leaders are required to have a full valid UK driving licence & vehicle, must be willing to travel to assigned areas.

**Responsibilities**
- Door to door sales
- Motivate and manage midlands sales team, work to achieve team and individual sales targets and goals.
- Always represent the Company in a positive and constructive manner, you will be the first point of contact with the homeowner, your first impression will count.
- Training and coaching new sales reps to improve sales performance
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong sales prospecting, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- MUST have a valid Uk driving licence and vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: Up to £2,000.00 per week
