**Remuneration**

23,000 - 26,000 per annum (Increase based upon increase in responsibility)

**Hours**

08:30 - 17:30

Monday to Friday

Out of Hours Service on rota basis

**Purpose of the role:
You will have overall responsibility for the administrative function within the branch, supporting all staff to ensure that they are able to fully focus on their sales activities. This role will also provide the opportunity to learn about the role of a recruiterand presents and excellent learning opportunity.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Telephone reception duties, answering queries, forwarding calls or taking messages as required
- Preparing job descriptions, briefing notes, client proposals etc
- Updating client files
- Administering compliance checks for temporary workers
- Producing PowerPoint presentations for consultants
- Placing job adverts on relevant job sites, ensuring that all adverts comply with company and legal requirements
- Assisting in the organisation of corporate events, job fairs, client lunches and open evenings etc
- Producing and distributing marketing literature for the branch
- Sending out weekly e-shots on behalf of consultants
- Organising diary for Branch Manager and arranging team meetings
- Adhoc projects and general administrative support
- Achievement of agreed KPIs and targets
- Adhere to all Industria Policies available on the Intranet data drive.

- Quality of documentation and marketing material prepared
- Efficiency of day to day running of branch administration
- Speed of compliancy checks
- Internal and external customer satisfaction
- Speed and quality response to telephone enquiries
- Performance against agreed KPIs
- Success/efficiency of events/meetings.

**Person Specification:
- Previous administrative experience ideally gained in a sales environment
- Flexible, strong work ethic and committed to organisational goals and values
- Articulate, confident with an excellent telephone manner
- Professional at all times
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise skills with excellent attention to detail
- Customer focused committed to delivering an excellent standard of service.
