**VisionFR** are recruiting for a **Studio Manager** to be the 'face’ of a fab creative agency in central London. This is a great role for someone looking for a broad role assisting with finance, admin and working closely with thepartners, to HR administration. The **Studio Manager**is the go to person for all manner of enquiries.

The role of the **Studio Manager** is:
**Studio Management**:

- Responsibility for the general health and safety of our staff; including conducting risk assessments, first aid, fire and health & safety procedures
- Liaising with the Building Manager and Security regarding office security, access to the building, health & safety measures, common area maintenance and repairs
- Managing contracts and maintenance with suppliers including energy, cleaning, air conditioning and being the first point of contract for repairs including plumbing and electrical
- Liaising with our IT contractor regarding staff queries that cannot be solved in house
- Checking and ordering supplies for the office including; canteen, cleaning and hygiene products, stationary, desk accessories and kitchen items
- Organising company-wide events / parties / gifts / celebrations / culture outings
- Updating Asset Inventory with costly purchases for the Studio
- Providing IT support and answering technical questions and queries
- Booking training courses for team members as requested by Line Managers
- Ordering stock images and footage as requested by the client services team
- Booking freelancers as requested by client services
- Manage freelancer onboarding including relevant software as needed
- Assist in collating content for monthly newsletter

**In Office**:

- Maintain kitchen supplies including coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and general cleaning of dishwasher, surfaces, microwave, kettle and fridge
- Organising meeting refreshments as required
- Organising travel bookings including taxis, flights and accommodation
- General office maintenance including watering the plants and keeping tidy and safe
- Arranging PAT testing and other compulsory servicing as required

**HR**:

- Onboarding new starters including setting up work laptops, desk space and/or remote setup, health and safety inductions and requesting feedback at the end of the process.
- Logging sickness or medical leave absences
- Maintaining employee records
- Liaising with client services to approve holiday requests
- Managing and organising staff benefits
- Updating and maintaining the Employee Handbook content and information for all staff
- Assist in implementing and managing a mental health and wellbeing strategy
- Managing our diversity and inclusion strategy, meetings, events and initiatives
- Champion sustainability and share initiatives with the team via regular team updates
- Organising staff exits according to internal processes (collecting equipment, wiping machines, arranging leaving gifts and events)

To be successful **The Studio Manager**will have:

- Experience of working in a Studio Manager / Office Manager role or equivalent
- An understanding of HR and finance administration and processes
- Take initiative and work calmly under pressure
- Confident demeanour, enthusiastic and friendly
- Excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised
- Friendly, approachable and happy to help
