**Business Partner - Sustainable Design Studio**

**Overview**: I am seeking a passionate and driven business partner to join me in re-launching and running a forward-thinking **Sustainable Design Studio**. The studio is international and focused on innovative and sustainable garden, landscape, and exterior design, blending ancient practices with cutting-edge technologies to create eco-friendly and aesthetically impactful outdoor spaces. As the founder and majority stakeholder, I have already established the company’s infrastructure, branding, and framework, but I am looking for a dynamic partner to help elevate the business and collaborate on all future projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Leadership**: Work alongside the founder to shape and execute the studio’s vision, business strategy, and growth plans.
- **Project Management & Collaboration**: Lead and manage sustainable design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all projects align with the studio’s sustainability goals and client expectations.
- **Business Development & Client Relations**: Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- **Creative & Sustainable Innovation**: Collaborate on creative design concepts that prioritise sustainability, utilising both traditional and innovative methods to develop impactful solutions.
- **Financial Oversight**: Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and investment strategies to ensure the business remains financially sustainable.
- **Team Building & Management**: Help grow and manage a talented team of designers, architects, and specialists, fostering a collaborative and eco-conscious work environment.
- **Background in Design**: Experience in landscape architecture, garden design, exterior design, or related fields, with a strong commitment to sustainable practices.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and contribute to the growth of a sustainable design studio.
- **Collaborative Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with a passion for working collaboratively in a creative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- **Business Acumen**: Understanding of business management, finance, and project development with the ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the studio.
- **Sustainability Advocate**: Deep knowledge and passion for sustainability, with a commitment to integrating eco-friendly solutions into all projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Volunteer

Pay: £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
