**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a **Senior Talent Sourcer **to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition team to help build a fast-growing, world-class team.

This position reports into the Senior Manager, Global Sourcing and would preferably be located in Dublin or London, UK. Remote delivery will be considered based upon experience. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Build and execute a variety of sourcing strategies to find rare, in-demand talent through referrals, networking, and internet searches
- Source, qualify and deliver highly qualified prospects using multiple tools and techniques for a variety of positions
- Develop and refine Boolean/Natural Language searching skills to execute targeted searches

**What we’re looking for**:

- 4 + years experience in a sourcing role, preferably on an internal recruiting team with experience sourcing for sales and marketing positions
- Proven track record of creating targeted sourcing strategies and implementing creative approaches to sourcing to attract qualified professionals
- Excellent time and project management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to utilize inbound marketing techniques as part of a comprehensive prospect attraction strategy
- Experience supporting hiring managers and recruiters across locations
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of assigned roles, with an emphasis on probing for details
- Willingness to recommend ideas and strategies to increase sourcing team’s success
- A systems savvy thinker with an eye for detail, process and efficiency with the ability to deliver consistent results with a sense of urgency
