To expand the UK People & Culture team effective immediately, Synpulse UK are looking for an Active Sourcer who is pro-active, flexible, and with a service-oriented mindset.
What your role will look like as an **Internal Talent Acquisition Sourcer**:

- You will work closely with hiring managers and the People and Culture Business Partner to understand hiring needs and build and effective sourcing strategy.
- You will measure and report on recruiting metrics
- You will recommend ideas that will contribute to the future growth of the company.

What we're looking for:

- You are educated to bachelor’s degree level
- You will bring a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, with administrative and human resources experience as a bonus.
- You will ideally have had exposure to working in the consulting, banking, insurance or technology industry
- You will have had some experience working in a growth company
- You will have had knowledge on how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent, ideally gained in a sourcing specialist or talent sourcer role
- You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels.
- You have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
