Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Finance

Location: Hybrid (Home Counties)
Contract Type: 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract with opportunity to extend

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with our Talent Acquisition Partners to understand client needs across Finance functions - from FP&A to Treasury and Audit.
  • Designing and executing sourcing strategies that go beyond the obvious, using data, tech, and a touch of intuition.
  • Building diverse, high-performing talent pipelines that reflect our clients' values and ambitions.
  • Engaging passive candidates with compelling narratives that spark interest and trust.
  • Using insights to continuously improve sourcing outcomes and candidate experience.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting Finance professionals, ideally in-house or within an RPO/advisory setting.
  • Boolean search wizardry and a knack for uncovering hidden gems.
  • A curious mind and a collaborative spirit - you ask questions, challenge assumptions, and share ideas.
  • Comfort with pace and ambiguity - we move fast, learn fast, and iterate often.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and modern ATS platforms.
