Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical recruiting experience. - Many years experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably within a large, global organization. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies for a variety of roles and business units. Highly effective stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers. Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment. Experience with sourcing technologies, social platforms, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
