**Customer Service and Sales support**

37.5 hours/week contract - Mon - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-5pm

20 days Holiday + statutory holidays (An additional 1 day holiday after 2 year service complete)

Your Print Specialists Ltd is a fast-growing family business based in Killingworth, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Our Company has been in operation since 2009 and with an ever-increasing portfolio of products and customers, has seen us expanding year on year.
We specialise in the supply of large format printing and finishing equipment, offering continued service and support to our loyal customer base.

**About the role**:
An opportunity has become available for a customer service advisor/scheduler to assist in the restructuring and day to day running of our Service Department.

To be 1st point of contact for customers and subsequently logging service issues in system.

Liaising with engineers to ascertain parts/visits required, quoting customers, scheduling visits and requesting parts using internal processes.

Logging service issues, under warranty, with manufacturers and following up through to conclusion keeping customer informed.

Liaising with Sales team on engineer availability for installs/demonstrations and scheduling accordingly.

**About you**:
You will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and have excellent interpersonal skills to build effective and strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Organised, with a keen attention to detail and a process driven attitude.

Previous experience in a similar role is required, however full training and support will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. There will be a requirement to communicate effectively with all tiers of the business.
- Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and as part of the team.
- Able to work in a structured way and be able to deliver to the required deadlines as specified by the business.
- Experience of dealing with customers and delivering customer service excellence.
- Computer literacy
- Enthusiasm and passion towards the growth and development of the business and yourself.
