By offering a fantastic, engaging and highly informative induction programme we ensure our new employees benefit from quality training to begin their careerwith us. You will also be offering ongoing development on legislative awareness, as well as supporting our talent and leaders. The team play a vital part in ensuring we are all fit for purpose and ready for what comes next: by working with stakeholders to find the right solution for them. As a Learning and Development Specialist, your work will be varied and challenging. Here issome of what the role will include: - Facilitating sessions including leadership development topics - On boarding our new Journey Makers - Supporting our Emerging Talent Programme - 360' coaching - Project work including identifying future needs - Training Report analysis This is a Pay Zone **B1** role with an annual salary range of **£35,000 to £40,000** (pro rata) We operate a **hybrid working option, this gives you up to 2 days working from home per week; You will be eligible, once training is complete and you are fully competent in the role.**We are a family-friendly employer with a culture based on trust, autonomy and flexibility and believe everyone has a voice and the opportunity to make an impact.
