Summary Part of a team of 7 Development Specialists you will support our central directorates based in Heelis, our central head office. This is a newly created post on a fixed term basis (2 years). Your core areas of activity will be: Delivering core capabilitydevelopment interventions, you will have a focus on Leadership and Management development as well as contributing to strategic organisational development projects.
Your contractual location will be Heelis / one of our regional hubs, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will / may also involve travel to propertiesor regional hubs to meet with stakeholders and to carry out work.

You will be based at our central head office Heelis, is situated in Swindon, Wiltshire. We're well placed, with ample parking nearby, a shopping outlet with plenty of options for places to eat, and the town centre only a 10 minute walk away. Alternativelyyou can enjoy our open plan atrium space for lunch times, with our internal cafe available every day.
What you'll be doing This role will support all our central directorates learning and development needs to deliver our strategy. As a Development Specialist you will work with Senior Leaders, delivering excellent leadership, team and organisational development interventions.You're an excellent coach able to unlock our people's potential and a trusted adviser who's credibility and experience drives performance and always adds value.
