We are an aspirational and forward-thinking team, responsible for delivering quality housing support to the customers who live in our Independent Living Schemes, we also provide community-based housing support and a tenure and age neutral emergency alarm service. Our customers are at the heart of our service.
Join our team and find your greatness, providing quality reception service for all visitors and administration support for the Independent Living Team.
We are recruiting to a Reception Services Administrator within the Living Well Team, providing quality and friendly service for the reception area for residents, and all visitors. This will include taking room bookings for function rooms and guest suites. You will also be responsible the receipt processing, filing of invoices for the Independent Living Team. Ensuring invoices are sent for payment, including purchase card transactions for the Independent Living Team keeping accurate records for audit purposes.
