The Four Seasons Health Care Group are looking for a Clinical Dementia Facilitator to provide support and training for teams working in our care homes across the UK.We have recently launched our new Dementia Champions training programme and the continuationof the roll out of this model will be central to this role.
This is a Full-time, permanent role, over a 5-day working week. This position is field based, with frequent travel and occasional overnight stays required to support business meetings and multiple services across the national estate. Therefore, a full UK drivinglicence is required.

**As the Clinical Dementia Facilitator, you will**:

- Support with the analysis of the current Dementia care across the company and assist with the review and development our wider training programmes and projects.
- Support the development of high-quality dementia care services to meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
- Reporting into the National Dementia Lead, you will also be responsible for acting as Clinical Lead for Dementia Care, which will include a specific responsibility to oversee dementia training and development of nurses.

**To succeed, you will**:

- Hold a nursing qualification RGN/RMN with post-qualifying experience in dementia care or older adult’s mental health and with an active NMC PIN.
- Be trained as an Admiral Nurse or equivalent, with experience of developing dementia care practice in Nursing and Residential Care Homes.
- Have previous experience of working in multiple dementia care services, clinical and community at management level.
- Experience of contributing to a dementia project roll out would be helpful, preferably at national level.
