Duties & Responsibilities:The CPE actively collaborates in the orientation/onboarding process for nursing and other healthcare staff. This includes participating or leading the development, coordination, managing, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating on-boarding and orientation programmesDesign and deliver professional practice and provision of quality care within the Theatre departmentThe CPE must promote and integrate evidence-based practise (EBP) in order to continuously improve practice in the clinical setting.
