About The Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in London. Take a key role in driving success as you take ownership of the accounts payable function across several of our entities within EMEA.
About You
You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working with as an Accounts Payable Officer.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an accounts’ payable role
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics (versions AX, 365) an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel (working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs, etc)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to show initiative, with the confidence to challenge and influence successfully
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices, employee expense claims
- Ensuring accuracy and validity of documents supplied
- Maintaining compliance with authorisation procedures, coding structures and agreed budgets
- Processing daily bank receipts and payments and performing bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and aged creditor balances
