Are you a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer looking to work within luxury retail?

If so, we have partnered with a high-end beauty/skincare retailer who are looking for a motivated and dynamic Accounts Payable professional to join their very busy team.

Responsibilities include:

- Performing full cycle Accounts Payable including matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Coordinating approval of invoices ensuring approval limits are adhered to
- Maintaining internal credit card process for Central Europe
- Working with weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
- Actioning external suppliers' queries
- Acting as a point of contact for suppliers
- Posting journals
- Administering petty cash (retail and head office)
- Reconciling multicurrency

Skills required
- Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- NetSuite experience is desirable
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
