This is a3-month PAYE contractwithhybrid working arrangements(minimum 2 days in the office per week). AnASAP startis required, with interviews scheduled for next week.The Role:As anAccounts Payable Officer , you'll join a dynamic and friendly operations team, working closely with the lead AP Officer and reporting into the Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: End-to-end processing of supplier invoices in thepurchase-to-payprocessMatching invoices topurchase ordersandgoods receiptsSupporting with theweekly payment runsProcessingforeign paymentsto ensure timely deliveryManaging and reconcilingpurchasing cardtransactionsHandlingstaff expense claims(largely automated)Processingstudent hardship paymentsand otherimmediate disbursementsAbout You:We're looking for candidates who are: Confident and experienced inaccounts payableprocessesComfortable working infast-paced, high-volumeenvironmentsStrong communicators and effective team playersAble to hit the ground running with minimal supervisionDesirable but not essential: Experience usingAgresso / Unit4Additional Details:Contract Length:3 months (potential for extension, but not guaranteed)Start Date:ASAPWork Pattern:Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week onsite in StirlingTeam Culture:Friendly and collaborative team, led by a supportive AP leadInterested?If you're available immediately and have experience in accounts payable, we'd love to hear from you.
