We are looking for a People Rewards Advisor to work with a variety of our brands and shared service. The People Rewards Advisor will be the first point of contact for all people queries in the ‘other’ brands and shared services and support the business by advising and undertaking HR tasks including Employee Relations, Contracts of Employment and Pay and Conditions. The People Rewards Advisor will support the Head of HR, in advising with the overall business reward strategy. To execute the agreed reward plan through the business, ensuring that the individual brands HR teams, have the information they need on the reward plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information to employees on all benefits such as Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Childcare Vouchers, Anniversary Awards, the Company Cars and salary sacrifice cars, Discount Cards, The Restaurant Cards & Eye Care Vouchers. Liaise with providers as required, process benefits through the payroll system and maintain accurate records for reporting.
- Carry out all benefits and rewards administration and resolve all rewards and benefits related queries.
- Support Head of HR Policy & Shared Services with benefits renewals including Private Medical Insurance, the Group Income Protection and Life Assurance plans
- Support the Head of HR on any relevant pay benchmarking exercises as required and maintain the relationship for any pay benchmarking companies.
- Support Operations Managers and GMs by providing advice and support with complex or unusual people related issues.
- Provide “expert” advice and knowledge on all employment law matters, keeping up to date with legislative changes and ensuring these are communicated to the business and updated in policies where applicable.
- Provide training materials and face to face training to upskill the OMs and restaurant management.
- Liaise with payroll any issues that arise and seeking ways to minimise any potential issues.
- Act as the link between Operations and HR in terms of delivering ‘people’ related projects and acting as the ‘conscience’ of the business.
- Support any TUPE or redundancy programmes as required
- Provide advice to the Operations & Restaurant and support centre teams on all Employee Relations activities e.g., grievances, investigations, disciplinary, appeals and capability.
- Adopt a coaching and mentoring style when supporting the management of front-line teams and support Managers with complex Employee Relations matters and escalate to line manager where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and case notes, ensure documentation is stored and handled to be GDPR compliant and ensure that contracts, pay, and conditions are fit for purpose and legally compliant.
- Implement new Operational HR Policies & Procedures and ensure the existing policies and procedures are easy to use and understand and legally compliant.
- Take action to improve HR metrics such as engagement, 90 day and employee turnover, long term absence.
- Ensure all wellbeing tools and support are fit for purpose and being used as appropriate.
- Follow up any actions from Engagement Surveys.
- Drive the E D & I agenda across the brand.
- Induct any new starters into the Shared Services Support Centre.
- Support the L&D Manager with organising workshops online and F2F for the Shared Services Support Centre team.
