We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Recruitment and Attraction to join The Big Table group, one of the leading independent restaurant companies in the UK. The Big Table operate some of the most recognisable and loved restaurant brands to be found anywhere in the eating-out market, such as Bella Italia, Café Rouge and Las Iguanas.

We are looking for People Administrators to work within our brands Las Iguanas and Bella Italia to support the brand people team and support the business by undertaking HR tasks including employee relations, pay and benefit queries, recruitment and learning & development support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for all management P-files where applicable, keeping them up to date with any relevant paperwork including contracts, performance management and disciplinary action.
- Assist in preparing paperwork/bundles for any employment law tribunals.
- Support the People Operations Team in relevant reporting to the business e.g., leaver analysis, exit interview data, probation review data, ED&I reporting.
- Support the HR Advisor in maintaining accurate records and case notes, ensure documentation is stored and handled to be compliant with Data Protection regulations.
- Complete any letters and paperwork in line with any management movements.
- Act as notetaker for ER cases as required.
- Liaise with payroll and HR colleagues to resolve any issues that arise and seek ways to minimise any future issues.
- Support any TUPE or redundancy programmes as required.
- Ensure that maternity records for the brand are accurate and that line managers are taking necessary action to ensure legal compliance.
- Ensure that all employees working in the brand have the correct RTW documentation in place and that Visa renewals are actioned in a timely manner.
- Support the People Operations team with ongoing incentives and engagement communications to the restaurants.
- Be the brand liaison with the payroll team and ensure all information submitted by sites is timely and accurate.
- Ensure that bonus payments are passed to payroll for payment and communicated to those receiving a bonus as appropriate.
- Provide payroll with the information required following annual pay awards and changes to pay bands.
- Monitor outstanding holiday for the brand and advise line managers where there are issues in their team.
- Support the recruitment manager as required, duties may include; Organising open days, careers fairs, Recruitment social media posts, CV searching and monitoring applicant numbers for key roles and campaigns.
- Ensure all information on the ATS is up to date and legally compliant and under the guidance of the recruitment manager make any system changes required.
- Provide ad hoc recruitment reporting.
- Keep the recruitment costs tracker updated logging spend and liaising with AP on invoice payment.
- Upate the ATS with any adhoc recruitment ads and support the restaurant with adhoc recruitment enquiries.
- Organising travel and accommodation for MITs and organising workshops online and F2F (booking of places and reminders done through ATS)
- Weekly compliance reporting
- Supporting the performance review and calibration process.
- Managing the apprentice numbers and working with the apprenticeship providers to ensure learner details and progress is kept up to date. Keep a record of monthly levy spend.
