**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process purchase orders and manage the procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs to prevent shortages.
- Utilise purchasing systems to track orders and manage supplier relationships.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to deliveries or product quality with suppliers.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities for management review.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administration role
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
