We have an exciting new opportunity for a lucky few and are seeking a friendly, hardworking and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House Team at Birdhouse. This is a customer focused position and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who walk through the door. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Handle customer feedback or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with catering orders and food preparation as required

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
- Barista Training
- Cocktail and bar knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
