**This is the job**:
As the OEM and New Business Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping financial success across our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships and exciting new business ventures. This is more than a finance role — it’s a chance to influence high-stakes decisions, collaborate with ambitious business development leaders, and drive meaningful value in a fast-moving, forward-thinking environment. **What will I be doing?**:

- Be the financial voice at the table—guiding pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and investment decisions with sharp insight and commercial acumen.
- Take the lead on financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for OEM accounts, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
- Dive deep into profitability, uncover cost drivers, and spotlight opportunities to boost margins and drive value.
- Champion strong financial governance across all OEM contracts and new business ventures.
- Push boundaries by continuously improving financial processes, reporting tools, and data analytics.

**What do I need?**:
**Capability, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role, in a similar size and complexity of business.
- Experience in senior Leadership stakeholder management
- Experience in preparing leadership level presentations and distilling complex technical topics to Exec or Board level
- Ability to present financial information in a concise and confident manner to both financial and non-financial staff

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Professional qualification in finance ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar.
