**Senior Finance Business Partner - Basingstoke - £70,000 - £80,000 - Hybrid - Bonus + Benefits - ACCA/ACA/CIMA**

IN2 Consult are currently supporting one of our key clients, a globally recognised, market-leading business in their recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their ever-growing finance team.

Reporting into the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business partner to build strong relationships with key senior stakeholders and play a critical role in the day-to-day running of a billion-pound company.

**The Senior Finance Business Partner role includes the following duties**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify trends in KPI's and implement short to mid-term plans to improve performance.
- Support the Finance Director by producing accurate and insightful analysis through the use of strong commercial acumen and understanding of business trends.
- Responsibility for a team of 6 including Finance Business Partners.
- Assist in the development of the Finance Business Partners and support with appropriate learning opportunities that enable them to progress their career.
- Support the wider business to maintain audit and legislative standards.
- Act as a key point of contact regarding complex or sensitive issues / topics.
- Challenge key stakeholders on reported trends in KPI's and decisions that will impact the business.
- Present financial information clearly and accurately to non-financial stakeholders.
- Build business cases to support business strategies.
- Be a partner to the Finance Hub to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
- 8+ years experience within finance roles with a focus on business partnering
- Experience in managing teams and driving continuous improvement
- Experience in budgeting & forecasting processes
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present plans to financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Strong commercial acumen
