**Senior Finance Business Partner - £70,000 - £80,000 - Basingstoke - Hybrid working + Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACA**

IN2 Consult is currently partnering with a key client of ours in the Basingstoke area, who are a market-leader in their industry and looking to add an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to their rapidly growing finance team.

Reporting directly into the Finance Operations Director, you will be closely working with the CFO and CCO, playing a key role within the business partnering function of the company. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day runningof a forward thinking, progressive business.

**The Senior Finance Business Partner role includes the following duties**:

- Work closely with department heads to overhaul and simplify financial processes and improve accuracy of reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for support on financial matters for key stakeholders within the business.
- Attend senior level meetings and provide proactive and influential advice to aid business performance.
- Identify and action risks, and provide clarity to stakeholders on how to exploit opportunities.
- Full responsibility for timely and accurate monthly management reporting, including KPI reporting and variance analysis.
- Full responsibility for monthly and quarterly forecasts for the wider non-financial team.
- Ensure appropriate support for the Transformation team as the business looks to grow and expand.
- Indirectly lead a team of accountants and assist in their personal development to aid overall team performance.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the wider financial and non-financial teams.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency within your role to help the business partnering function and the wider business to improve.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
- Excellent numerical and Microsoft Word/Excel skills
- Proven track record in business partnering
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Strong knowledge of processes and techniques regarding financial investment appraisals
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven track record in working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
