**The Opportunity**

The Head of Sales Operations will optimise sales effectiveness through data analytics, process standardisation and training. Successful execution of this role will lead to improved revenue retention and growth across Landmark’s major product lines.

You will work with the Managing Directors and Heads of Sales on strategic planning, key projects and day-to-day operations. You will also collaborate closely with sales and customer service managers to define requirements for sales support tools and training.

The Head of Sales Operations willl be required to work closely with the project team rolling out the new Salesforce platform, ensuring that it is fully adopted across each of the businesses.

**About You**

The Head of Sales Operations will be collaborative and commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to execute and deliver change. You will also be/have:

- Graduate calibre
- Formal sales training would be an advantage
- Experience of market and account segmentation
- Knowledge of sales process and commission scheme structuring and design
- A passion for building and operationalising sales enablement tools and training programmes
- Experience of Salesforce and PowerBI
- Detailed knowledge of the legal, environment and property industries and their associated data/software businesses would be an advantage.
