Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business.
Duties to include:
- Answering calls
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Managing the schedule
- Dealing with customer enquiry's
- Liaising with HR
- Setting up systems
- Social Media
- Provide support to the team in relation to ongoing work on client accounts
- Comply fully with all requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- **Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong office administration and IT skills required.
- Previous background in the domestic and commercial cleaning sector would be beneficial.
- Exceptional customer service experience and people skills.
- Good time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with the general public and clients.
- Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Free onsite parking.
- Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week. Mon - Fri
- Availability: Immediate start.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
