**Job Title - Office Administrator**

- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing Tezlom Recruitment agency in Hitchin Hertfordshire._
- Due to the growth of the company, Tezlom is looking for a compliance administrator to join the team. We're looking for hardworking individual with good communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment._
**Duties**:
- Admin Duties
- Obtaining References
- Carrying out Right to Work checks
- On call on pro rata bases
- Data entry with CRM
- Overseeing process to ensure that DBS disclosure requests and Right to Work are completed correctly and without errors.
- Ongoing compliance monitoring is undertaken such that all audits both internal and external, are successfully completed.
- To ensure all personal and sensitive information is handled within company and GDPR guidelines for yourself and your team
- Conducting interviews and surveys to ensure that employees are compliant
- Examining and improving auditing processes to resolve compliance issues fast or prevent them entirely
- Experienced within a Healthcare compliance role
- Ability to work to targets
- Ability to communicate
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and as an individual.
- Computer literacy
- Data entry experience and use of CRM
- Exceptional Attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Experience in a similar role within **a high volume recruitment** vetting and compliance or HR role desired
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Hitchin, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
