**What you’ll be doing**:

- Build and configure Salesforce to meet business user requirements.
- Monitor and address Salesforce support tickets.
- Collaborate with business users to understand challenges and propose solutions.
- Manage data activities, including uploads, downloads, and report creation.
- Support the business with queries, bug resolution, and record management.
- Create training guides with screenshots, walkthroughs, and access to test environments.
- Maintain production user accounts and manage data.
- Set up and manage multiple environments (sandboxes) and assist with evaluating new development requests.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Administration Essentials for New Admins in Lightning Experience (ADX201)
- Trails (on Trailhead); Learn Admin Essentials in Lightning Experience and Learn CRM Fundamentals for Lightning Experience.
- Administration Essentials for Experienced Admins in Lightning Experience (ADX211)
- Experience across Sales, Service, Experience, Knowledge Base, and Health Cloud
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset, enabling quick responses to changing business needs and challenges in a dynamic industry.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom, through citizenship or visa sponsorship.
