The Intermediary Relationship Support team provides compliant, efficient intermediary onboarding and ongoing administration to AXA Health’s distribution partners, ensuring FCA alignment, accurate data management, and timely support to grow sales.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Contract Administration: prepare and issue intermediary contracts and addendums; complete terminations in line with terms and deadlines.
- Systems Administration: create and maintain intermediary data across management systems; ensure FCA alignment; update contact, bank, and related data; set up/amend commission rates in our commission management system.
- Network Administration: support networks with agreements; maintain membership lists; provide membership reports to internal teams for payments.
- Sales Support: set up user accounts for online quoting; advise on quotes/sales/policy queries; coordinate with other teams to resolve issues; produce regular sales reports.
- Agency Links: process appointment and authority letters; verify forms; forward to Commissions with linking instructions.
- Digital Transformation: AXA Health Plan rollout to intermediaries; create Salesforce broker accounts and assist with testing and issue reporting.
**What you’ll bring**:
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to deliver to tight timescales
- General understanding of FCA regulation, including Consumer Duty
- Experience with intermediary administration, TOBA/LOA processes, and contract management
- Familiarity with AXA Health systems (Salesforce, Actisure) and data entry
- Ability to liaise effectively with intermediaries, networks, and internal teams (e.g., Relationship Managers, Underwriting, Membership)
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
**What we offer**:
At AXA UK, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that. You can expect to receive:
- Competitive annual salary of up to £24,000 (pro-rated)
- Annual company & performance-based bonus
- Contributory pension scheme (up to 12% employer contributions)
- Life Assurance (up to 10 x annual salary)
- Private medical cover
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
